TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Regulations outline the rules for using the Ekcentrik Online Store, including order placement, account management, payment, delivery, complaints, and the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.
1.2. The Seller conducts retail sales of goods and provides electronic services 24/7, including order forms, registration, login, accounts, baskets, newsletters, wish lists, and product searches.
1.3. Minimum technical requirements for using the Online Store: internet access, an updated web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0+, Mozilla Firefox 20.0+, Apple Safari 4.0+, Google Chrome 23.0+), JavaScript, cookies enabled, and an active email account. Recommended screen resolution: 1024 × 768 pixels.
1.4. The Customer is prohibited from providing illegal content and using the Store disruptively or burdensome to others.
1.5. Agreements are concluded according to Polish law and in Polish.
2. Registration
2.1. To create an Account, the Customer must complete the registration procedure via an interactive form, providing real and mandatory data, and activating the "Complete Registration" button.
2.2. An account can also be created during order submission by activating the "Create Account" button.
2.3. The registration is confirmed via an activation link sent to the Customer's email, concluding an indefinite agreement for electronic services with the Seller.
2.4. The Customer can terminate the Account maintenance agreement anytime by sending a declaration to the Seller. The Seller can terminate the agreement with a 7-day notice if the Customer violates the Regulations.
2.5. The Customer must protect their password and not disclose it to third parties. The Account is non-transferable.
3. Order
3.1. Information in the Online Store is not an offer within the Civil Code but an invitation to submit offers by Customers.
3.2. Orders can be placed by registered or unregistered users.
3.3. The Customer adds Goods to the Basket, selects shipment and payment methods, and provides shipping details. The Order is completed by activating the "Buy and pay" button.
3.4. Before sending the Order, the Customer is provided with a summary for confirmation.
3.5. The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation of the Order terms from the Seller.
3.6. The Order Processing Time is up to 5 Business Days, starting after payment confirmation.
3.7. The Customer receives a digital document confirming the Agreement.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Prices are gross (including VAT) and expressed in EURO, excluding delivery costs.
4.2. The total price is calculated based on the Customer's choices in the Order form.
4.3. Payment methods: electronic payment via Przelewy24.pl, or cash on delivery via "Paczkomaty24/7."
4.4. Payment must be made within 3 days from the Sale Agreement date.
4.5. A sales document is issued for each product sold.
4.6. Prices may change, but terms of the Order remain unchanged for the Customer who submitted an offer before the price change.
5. Delivery
5.1. Orders are delivered in Poland unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. Delivery by courier company, with costs paid by the Customer.
5.3. Delivery times: Poland (2-5 days), EU (3-7 days), subject to changes beyond Seller's control.
5.4. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon release.
6. Complaints
6.1. The Seller provides Goods without defects and is liable for defects under warranty.
6.2. Complaints should be submitted to the address: Kosmatki Street 12 lok. 1, 03-982 Warsaw.
6.3. The Seller responds to complaints within 14 days.
7. Warranty
7.1. Some Goods may have a guarantee from the producer or distributor, detailed on the product's subpage.
7.2. The guarantee does not limit the Customer's rights under the warranty for defects.
8. Returns
8.1. Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods or concluding the agreement.
8.2. The Consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the Goods used beyond necessary to establish their nature.
8.3. Certain Goods (e.g., underwear) are not eligible for returns due to health or hygiene reasons.
8.4. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods.
9. Discount Coupons
9.1. Discount coupons are subject to specific expiry dates and conditions.
9.2. Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
10. Newsletter and Services
10.1. The Newsletter service is free and requires the Customer's consent.
10.2. The Customer can unsubscribe at any time.
10.3. The Seller may prevent access to services if the Customer acts detrimentally.
11. Changing the Regulations
11.1. The Seller may change the Regulations for legal or technical reasons, informing registered users via email 14 days before changes take effect.
11.2. Orders placed before changes are implemented according to the current Regulations.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. Customer obligations are fulfilled upon payment and collection of the Goods.
12.2. All Store materials are protected by copyright and industrial property rights.
12.3. In disputes, extrajudicial means or common court jurisdiction apply.
12.4. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Regulations.
