RETURNS

Withdrawal Period: You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Procedure:

• Submit a written statement within 14 days of receiving the goods (info@ekcentrik.eu).
• Use the model declaration form attached to these regulations (optional).

Refund:

• Full refund including delivery costs (except additional costs for non-standard delivery methods).
• Refund processed within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal statement.

Return of Goods:

• Return goods within 14 days of withdrawal.
• You are responsible for any reduction in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
